Yes, creating a profile and applying to campaigns is completely free. We only charge a 5% service fee when a collaboration is successfully completed.

We focus on engagement quality over follower counts. Nano-influencers (1K-10K followers) and micro-influencers (10K-50K followers) are especially welcome! What matters is authentic content and genuine connection with your audience.

We currently support Instagram (posts, reels, and stories) and TikTok videos. Stories are accepted as deliverables but are not tracked for metrics. We're planning to add more platforms in the future.

Deliverables are agreed upon with the business before the collaboration begins. Typical deliverables include Instagram posts, Reels, TikTok videos, or Stories. The specifics depend on each campaign.

We offer flexible subscription plans starting from $49/month for the Starter plan. Each plan includes a number of active campaigns and collaborations per month. All plans include a 14-day free trial.

Any Singapore-registered business can join—cafes, restaurants, beauty brands, fitness studios, retail shops, and more. If you have products or services that can be offered to creators, you're welcome to join.

Our platform provides search and filtering tools to find creators by niche, follower count, engagement rate, and location. You can browse creator profiles and portfolios to find the best match for your brand.

We have a dispute resolution process in place. Both parties agree on deliverables upfront, and if issues arise, our team can help mediate. Creators who fail to deliver may receive warnings or be removed from the platform.

Businesses post campaigns with details about what they're offering and what content they need. Creators apply to campaigns they're interested in. When both parties agree, the collaboration begins. The creator receives the product/service, creates content, and posts it. Once verified, the collaboration is complete.

We encourage direct communication first. If that doesn't resolve the issue, either party can file a dispute through the platform. Our team reviews evidence from both sides and helps reach a fair resolution.
